The true value of your wedding photos will only ever increase as the years go by

I’ve been delving deep into my archives over the last few days and one particular photo stood out.

I’ve been a full-time professional wedding photographer for almost seven years now. I took this photo at only my third ever wedding, way back in 2014.

It was captured during Sarah & Darren’s wedding at the beautiful Hilltop Country House in Cheshire and shows Sarah embracing her dad as he saw her in her dress for the first time.

I’ll forever be thankful to Sarah & Darren for taking a chance on me at the time, given that I was fresh to wedding photography and somewhat inexperienced.

It was at this very wedding that I realised I truly wanted to do this for a living, and here I am, looking back over almost 300 weddings!

During the past seven years, I’ve come to realise that photography and picking the right photographer for you is one of the most significant investments you can make when you’re planning your wedding day.

The value of your wedding photographs will only ever increase as the years go by.

Sarah & Darren – Thank you!

2022 & 2023 weddings

Due to the coronavirus, I’ve had to move a large number of weddings scheduled for 2020 and 2021 into 2022 and beyond. This has resulted in my diary filling quicker than I would have usually expected. So please get in touch super quick if you like my pictures and want me to capture the true spirit of your wedding day.

A quick note for my 2021 couples

I fully appreciate that some of you with bookings in early 2021 are opting to move your wedding until later in the year or even into 2022. This is absolutely fine and I’ll happily accommodate your change of plans, just get in touch with me before you set your new date in stone so that I can check my availability with you. Thank you.

Better days are just around the corner!

Love from Steve x
