A Century of Weddings

Last weekend I photographed my one hundredth wedding at Hargate Hall in the Peak District. Wow! I can hardly believe that I’ve reached this milestone, just under three years since I shot my first solo wedding back in June 2014. To celebrate I decided to commission the services of Cath, owner of Cumbria-based wedding cinematography company, CPD Film.

100 Weddings

Crank up the volume and feast your eyes on this video for a snapshot of what I’ve been up to over the last three years.

Thank you

Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the past three years since I became disillusioned with corporate life and quit the day job. I’ve had such a great time, I’ve met some inspirational people from all walks of life, made life-long friends and witnessed some truly wonderful moments.

So what does the future hold? In all honesty, I have no idea as time is never promised. My aim is to keep on photographing weddings for many years to come both at home and abroad (I’ve got one in Barcelona next year – woop!). I do however have a few ideas regarding offering mentoring, training and running some workshops in the next few years to share some of the knowledge and experiences I’ve gathered. So watch this space.

Peace is free
