Party time at Statham Lodge!
Last month I had the pleasure of shooting the wedding of Niamh & Simon. The ceremony was at St Joseph’s Church in Sale with the wedding breakfast and evening reception at Statham Lodge Country House, Cheshire. I was booked to shoot the entire day, from bridal preparations until midnight so I knew I was in for a long day, but I absolutely love shooting evening receptions as it gives me chance to get in among the guests on the dance floor and capture people really letting their hair down. And boy, did this lovely lot let their hair down!
Sit back and enjoy some of the many highlights from a wonderful day.
I’d like to offer my heartfelt thanks to Niamh & Simon for picking me to photograph their wedding day and also for the lovely bottle of Champagne they gave to me as a thank you. I really do appreciate it. Thanks also to Father Stephen Woolley of St Joseph’s Church for being so accommodating and allowing me a free run of your church. I must also mention how great the staff were at Statham Lodge, thank you for looking after me and keeping me topped up with orange juice during what was a very long and warm day.
If you are looking for a wedding photographer to cover your day in a predominantly documentary style, then please get in touch. I’m almost fully booked for 2016 but I have a couple of dates still available, I’d love to hear from you.
Thanks again Niamh & Simon, all the very best to a wonderful couple!

As one of the guest at the party table (Irish crowd) can I just say as a photographer you captured the best parts of the day and night!!! We didn’t even realise you were there you blended in perfectly!!! I particularly love the photo of the cousins and aunts at the bar!!!
I’m not surprised you are nearly booked out for 2016!!!
