Holmes Mill Wedding Venue in Clitheroe
As a professional wedding photographer, I’ve been fortunate enough over the years to work at some of the most amazing locations worldwide.
However, I’m a real sucker for the more quirky, alternative and offbeat, with Holmes Mill wedding venue in Clitheroe being one of my absolute favourites.
Located in the heart of Clitheroe, this former textiles mill is now a fully working brewery and food hall – the perfect wedding venue for Caroline & Simon’s celebrations.
I mean, who wouldn’t want to get married in a brewery?!
I’ve photographed at Holmes Mill on several occasions. I actually had the honour of shooting one of the first weddings to be held at this wonderful venue when I captured Amanda & Mike’s day, around three years ago.
Since then the Holmes Mill complex has evolved to include the Spinning Block Hotel, a pet-friendly beer & food hall as well as an ice cream parlour.
There’s also an on-site shop selling a wide variety of local produce. All-in-all, Holmes Mill makes for a superb family day out.
Grab a brew and have a nosey at some highlights from a truly smashing day.
My heartfelt thanks go to Caroline & Simon for having me as their wedding photographer. It was a real pleasure to be a part of such a brilliant day.
Thanks also to all the guys at Holmes Mill for being as fantastic as always – attentive and friendly staff are one of the most important elements of any wedding day; Holmes Mill have this down to a tee!
2022 & 2023 weddings
My diary for 2022 and 2023 weddings is now open.
Availability for 2022 is limited, particularly for the traditionally popular dates in spring and summer.
If you’re planning your big day at Holmes Mill wedding venue, or anywhere else for that matter, please get in touch – I’d love to hear more about your plans.
Lots of love
