Two Brides at Didsbury House Hotel
Jen & Liz’s Eleven Didsbury Park Wedding was an absolute scream from start to finish. The whole day was a blast and felt just like one massive house party, with the bride & bride and their guests having exclusive use of two wonderful venues all day and night. Plus, Jen and Liz came ever so close to being upstaged by one of the most amazing wedding cakes I’ve ever seen.
Eleven Didsbury Park Wedding Reception
After the heartfelt ceremony at the Didsbury House Hotel which was conducted by a good friend of mine, Liz of Unity Ceremonies, everyone moved round the corner to Eleven Didsbury Park for the reception. The weather was great, it stayed dry and was warm for pretty much the entire day leaving everyone free to play croquet on the large lawn. Plus the children in attendance had a wonderful time exploring the gardens.
Video calls to New Zealand and the USA
Unfortunately, some of Liz & Jen’s family and friends who live abroad were unable to attend. But this didn’t stop them being involved in the day with a couple of long distance Skype video calls made to the USA during the afternoon and New Zealand in the evening from the dance floor!
Sit back and enjoy some of the highlights from a truly magnificent wedding.
Thank you
Thank you so much to Jen and Liz for having me along for the ride. It was a real honour to document your day and mingle with your family and friends. I received such a warm welcome from everyone and was made to feel like a guest. Thank you. 🙂
As ever, I’d like to give a huge shout out to the talented and dedicated suppliers who worked alongside me on the day. Liz of Unity Ceremonies, Ali & Bec of Diddibox Flowers, Sharon of Black & Blue make-up and Beth at Torte Cakes.
Many thanks must also go to the team at Didsbury House Hotel and Eleven Didsbury Park for being so attentive and friendly as always.
Peace is free
